“The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten.”

– Benjamin Franklin

I promise to always be open and transparent about pricing. And I will do my best to provide you with a reasonable estimate of time, parts, and services that I expect to be involved in your work. But, of course, plumbing is sometimes more art than science: there are countless unknowns, especially when everything is hidden behind sheetrock.

What I don’t do.

I am not a carpenter, an electrician, or a contractor.

That said, of course I open up sheetrock and framing as needed to do the job required. And I promise to make as little mess as is humanly possible. But do note that you are going to need to hire someone to patch and fix your sheetrock if we open things up.

I will also do the basic electrical work required to tie any electrical devices into a junction box, but, since I am not a licensed electrician, I cannot wire into electrical panels.

I do not offer payment plans, but I do take major credit cards.

Parts & Supplies

I warranty all of my work and all of my parts and supplies for one year. That means I will come back and fix something that has broken (if my work or part fails) within one year, and will not charge you for labor.

In order to provide a warranty such as this, I must add a modest markup to parts and supplies I acquire for customer jobs.

If, for some reason, you want me to use parts or supplies you have acquired and are supplying, I am happy to work with that, but I cannot warranty such parts and supplies.
